About Our Ambassadors

Our Ambassadors are seasoned creatives and small biz champions who lead by example and community vote. Invited for their heart, hustle, and presence, these women (and men) are elected by the community each season through a poll—and it shows. They don’t just create—they inspire.

As co-leaders of our teams (or “Houses”—yes, like in Harry Potter), Ambassadors help guide their squads through our weekly and monthly challenges, earning points and rallying creativity all season long. They're right there in the action—competing, encouraging others to break out of their comfort zones, and helping everyone feel seen, supported, and celebrated.

Ambassadors rotate each season, but the top five, as voted by the community, stay on to lead again (should they agree to do so) —proving that creativity, consistency, and community leadership go hand-in-hand.

Are you the kind of woman who shows up with ideas, lifts others up, and lives for a good creative challenge? Then you might just be who we’re looking for.

Each season, The MakeHER Room selects a fresh group of Ambassadors—veteran creatives who don’t just love their craft, but lead with it. As an Ambassador, you’ll be part mentor, part motivator, and part magic-maker—guiding your House through team challenges, teaching tutorials, and creating a space where others feel empowered to grow and glow.

What You’ll Do:

  • Co-lead a House in our weekly and monthly challenges
  • Compete alongside your team to inspire participation
  • Teach tutorials and confidently answer community questions
  • Encourage, support, and represent what The MakeHER Room is all about

What We Ask:

  • A 90-day commitment to show up and support your House
  • Be active, engaged, and willing to teach and serve
  • Share your experience with heart, humility, and a little hustle
